Blue Mountains Short Term Accommodation Association advocates for high standards in short term rental management

The Blue Mountains Short Term Accommodation Owners Association (BMSTA) recently launched a website to support members and communicate their work to the public.

The association includes investment property owners and professional rental managers who are involved in the market for short-term lodging and commercial resort units in the Blue Mountains.

“Our mission is, through advocacy and education, the BMSTA is committed to uniting its members to provide the highest standards of short-term rental management in the City of The Blue Mountains, for the benefit of our valued customers, local residents as well as the community at large,” reads a press release from the association.

The association said it supports the Blue Mountains licensing program and short-term accommodation regulations.

“Its existence has greatly benefited our businesses and, no doubt, has benefited the vacationing public and all community stakeholders,” the statement said. “We will continue to advocate with our members for professional and responsible operations.”
