Matter: Result of request for incentive related to hotel investment in Bodrum

As announced on 10.06.2022, the Board of Alarko Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. has decided to apply for the Investment Incentive Certificate for the Replacement Investment for the Resort in Bodrum/Gündoğan District of Muğla Province.

Our application process ended with the approval of the General Directorate of Capital Applications and International Incentives of the Ministry of Commerce and issued an investment incentive certificate (539751). The investment amount of TL 780,000,000 is granted with the support of VAT.
