World Wellness Day celebrations at the Four Seasons Hotel Prague

In honor of World Wellness Day, the Four Seasons Hotel Prague will host a relaxing morning on June 11, 2022. With activities focused on improving physical and mental health, AVA Spa’s offerings promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

You can start the day with a morning run along the Vltava River led by the hotel’s experienced concierge team. For those who prefer a more peaceful start to the day, there will be a yoga session on the Piazzeta terrace and a hand treatment at the AVA Spa.

7:30 am: Run the City

Join Chief Concierge Stanislav Málek on a morning run through the city center. The route starts at the hotel, continues along the Vltava River and ends at the famous Charles Bridge.

9:00-10:00 a.m.: Morning Yoga

A moment of mindfulness with a Vinyasa yoga session on the Piazzeta terrace overlooking the morning sky above Prague Castle. The class will be taught by professional trainer Petra Pikkelová, a fully qualified and certified teacher of Vinyasa yoga (South Boston Yoga) and Jivamukti yoga (New York City). Practicing yoga since 2001, Petra’s classes are spiritual and uplifting, where she connects the physical and mystical aspects of yoga. 10:50-11:20 a.m.: Eternal Beauty Treatment
