The Pichet Group chooses Mews to propel its All Suites Appart Hotel brand

PRAGUE & PARISAlleythe leading cloud-based Property Management System (PMS), has been chosen by the Pichet Group as the exclusive cloud for the hotel business of its All Suites Appart Hotel brand.

The Pichet Group is one of the largest real estate groups in France and its 20 All Suites properties are spread throughout France. Aparthotels combine the conveniences of apartment living with the comfort and excellent service of a hotel, and during 2022 each property will migrate to Mews in a phased rollout.

“We are really excited to work with Mews,” said Olivier Jacquet, general manager of the Hotels division. “It was vital for us to move to a cloud-native solution that gave us the power and agility to adapt to modern hospitality and guest behavior, and Mews was the best option.”

All of the Suites Appart Hotels have a large proportion of long-stay leisure and student travellers, which was an important factor in choosing Mews. Mews developed new calendar and billing features for long stays that make managing reservations and payments faster and easier, saving valuable time for the All Suites team.

“Mews is a perfect fit for aparthotels and extended-stay properties, and I’m so excited to welcome such a great brand. said Matt Welle, CEO of Mews. “Our technology not only gives guests the freedom to decide their own travel, but it will give All Suites the ability to personalize their trip and manage operations even more efficiently. I’m sure it will be a strong partnership for many years to come.

Mews Open API was another key factor in the decision making. All suites plan to develop their own app in the future, and an open API with great connectivity gives them the freedom to build and connect the app in whatever way suits them best.

Customers will also immediately benefit from an improved user journey, including tools such as online check-in and check-out, which are particularly popular and important with a younger student population. Additionally, they also consider this decision to be important to their sustainability agenda, thanks to Mews’ participation in programs such as Hotels for Trees.

The next few years promise to be exciting for The Pichet Group and All Suites Appart Hotels, with an ambitious real estate expansion program and plans to embrace innovative, technology-driven hospitality.
