It was unveiled during a coordination meeting with the CSR Conclave 2022 liaisons, held at the Conference Hall of the Capital Convention Center in Kohima on August 17, 2022.

Developed by Nagaland Department of Information and Technology, this app is available on play store for Android phone users and will soon be rolling out on iOS platform as well.

The word “eTrac” stands for – Electronic Transport, Reception, Hosting and Communication.

This application will be used for the first time during the CSR Conclave 2022, scheduled for August 22-24.

Through the app, the Liaison Officer (LO) or relevant official can access event notifications and can receive messages from the control room.

Additionally, LOs can access the detailed schedule of programs, assignments including guest information, hotel rooms, cell phone numbers, emails, and more.
