World of Hyatt has been offering 500 bonus points per night for stays at select new hotels for a while, and the selection changes monthly as hotels go live (and some openings are delayed).
Hyatt has extended the offer through June 30, 2022 and there are 25 hotels on the list with varying expiration dates.

Conclusion
Hyatt has hotels that come and go from this list as opening dates change. It is therefore not necessary to register for this offer, and I am sure that some members are surprised when they earn bonus points for their stays in some of these new hotels.
