St. Pete Beach, FL (March 12, 2020) – The Don Caesar, widely known as Florida’s iconic Pink Palace®, and its sister property the Beach House Suites, proudly welcome Thomas Fraher as the new General Manager. Fraher will oversee budgets, day-to-day operations, sales and marketing efforts, and will lead the 92-year-old monument with its multi-phased renovations that will be completed at the end of the year.

Fraher recently joined the Viceroy Hotel Group team and has also served as General Manager of properties such as The Donovan, Carlyle Hotel, Hotel Palomar, Nine Zero in Boston, and Lorien Hotel & Spa in the DC metro area. In addition to his strong track record of financial success, team satisfaction and customer service, Thomas’s passion for hospitality is manifested in the way he creates memorable moments for the guests of the hotel. hotel and its team members. In his previous roles, he introduced bespoke wellness programs, such as a ‘Race with the General Manager’ experience where he led a race for guests and hotel staff through his favorite local trails. .

Fraher received her bachelor’s degree in hospitality, catering, and institutional management from Penn State University. When Thomas isn’t rolling up his sleeves at work, he enjoys long scenic runs and can’t wait to explore St. Pete’s famous beaches on foot.
